About Us

Hi, I'm Marika and thanks for checking out this website (created and maintained by the awesome folks at Restaurant Sherpa!). Marika's, located in the heart of Beverly (the birthplace of the American Navy!!), is a small breakfast and lunch restaurant owned and operated by me and my family. Since we opened in 1996, we've been proudly serving freshly prepared European style family cooking to the local community and to our much loved menagerie of faithful regulars.

My parents and I take great care in putting something both healthy and full of flavor on your plate; preparing and cooking almost everything to order while always using only the freshest and finest of ingredients. Our special sandwiches, dashed with a touch of continental flair, change daily and our soups (at least one is always vegetarian and usually vegan) are ALWAYS homemade.

We also apply the same standards to breakfast. The pancake batter is made from scratch and the vegetarian sausage that's always on the menu is pretty darn tasty. Our weekend breakfast specials are always reflective of our European heritage and the corned beef hash is homemade!
